Since January of 2017 - there have been 420 sold listings in the Golden area. The average days on the market for homes under $500K has been about 5 days !  This is typical for most areas in Denver.  We are seeing a shortage inventory and a higher demand in this price range - and therefore seeing a very quick turnover.  Surprisingly the mid -range, from $600-700K,had a higher days on market than the $500-600K and the $700-800K price range .  When we look at the $900- $1 million range we are seeing a much higher median days on market of about 50-60 days.  As we move into late summer stay tuned for more information and analysis of our still very hot Golden market!
